I’m Steve Buisson, and I founded Executive Balance for people like you…high performing leaders who deal with constant change and are seeking a deeper understanding of how to benefit from significant transitions in life and work.

I’ve been in your shoes before. As a business unit Chief Risk Officer of a top 10 US bank, learning to master equally challenging roles between being a top enterprise executive and a financial risk leader, I understand the tremendous effort you make while under constant pressure.

It turns out that experience and persistence are good teachers.

I have deep experience in creative leadership, consulting, coaching and training. I also developed and delivered a risk management framework that led the company through dozens of successful mergers and acquisitions. These experiences continue to make a difference in the lives of individuals at work and in the community.
